Who we are
FASC Limited was formed in November 2006, and began trading as a specialist diagnostic house servicing one key client Dell Computers.
The business was set up in a 1500 sq ft unit in Horton Court, Telford; the workforce consisted of just two Technical Engineers and one Logistics specialist. The founding team were all ex employees of electronics repair and manufacturing giant Celestica.
Rapid growth in the first 6 months meant FASC needed to expand its footprint and take on a second unit in May 2007. The original team of 3 grew quickly to a strong team of 9, and a third move to our new showcase facility in Horton Enterprise Court, shows the companies relatively quickly achieved successes.
ithinkIT is the new up and coming IT Support and Services division of the larger FASC Limited group.
A full range of IT services are now available through the ithinkIT division and will cater not only for the small and medium businesses in the local area but also allow the general public to access specialised repair services.
The new technical support service is friendly and takes the fear factor out of seeking technology advice and repairs. All aspects of information technology are on offer from a company with impressive credentials.
Each member of the team is an expert in their field and collectively they bring together a wealth of experience from companies that include Celestica, Dell and IBM, providing world class skills to the enterprising neighbourhoods of Telford.
ithinkIT (FASC Ltd) is a BSI registered recipient of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and more recently 4 members of the team completed the requirements to gain the IPC 610 qualification, allowing ithinkIT (FASC Ltd) to trade as an IPC registered company.
ithinkIT (FASC Ltd) is an approved Dell vendor, allowing the best possible pricing on dell equipment, and access to a wealth of knowledge from the supplier.
Finally ithinkIT (FASC Ltd) is a Microsoft Registered Partner, and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Partner with a Small Business Specialism.
